Nathanial Harries
Nathanial is the 2018 Welsh Junior Super Series Champion and GB Age Grouper Triathlete. He is a Welsh Academy Junior Triathlete and races for Cycle Specific Elite Triathlon Team.
Russell Evans
Russell is originally from Cardiff, South Wales, but now lives in Abu Dhabi and races for Yas Cycles. He is only entering his 2nd year competing in Triathlon, but already has a number of podium finishes under his belt
Tom Mansfield
Tom is a West Midlands based road and criterium racing cyclist racing for Bikestrong-KTM race team in 2019. Having raced his first ever elite level race in 2017, Tom has now made the step up to racing an almost fully national level calendar with some big aspirations for the coming years
David Cole
David races for Cycle Specific Elite Triathlon Team, and is the current Welsh National Senior Duathlon Champion
Emma Austin
Emma only took up triathlon in 2017 having previously competed as a swimmer, but has already qualified to represent GB as Under 20 Age Grouper at the 2019 World Championships in Switzerland
Hester Scotton
In her first season competing in duathlon, Hester became the European Middle Distance Champion in her AG. In 2019 she hopes to regain her title but also compete at the World Long Distance Duathlon Championships in Zofingen
Sue Pugh
Sue is a Royal Air Force Physical Training Instructor and Exercise Remedial Therapist currently based
in Cyprus. She competes for the RAF Triathlon team and RAF Cycling teams, and is the RAF Triathlon Head Coach.
Victoria Guthrie
Victoria is a marathon runner by trade who has only recently taken up triathlon, with IronMan UK on the 2018 race calender. She is also an ambassador for Tri365, a global network for triathletes
Tom Lee-Wah
Tom is new to triathlon and completed his first event in 2017. He has big plans for 2018 including IM70.3 Weymouth whilst also raising money for Ty Hafan Hospice in South Wales
Rhys Jones
Rhys competed in his first triathlon 18 years ago in which time he has managed to win 7 Welsh Triathlon/Duathlon/Aquathlon titles
Laura Addie
Laura is the reigning 18-24 IronMan World CHampion having won her AG in Kona in 2019. remarkable considering she only started triathlon 3 years ago...
Colin Irving
Colin is a 54 year old triathlete from Wales, who has just given up 30 years of corporate life to concentrate on being a competitive Long Course Age Group Triathlete.
Adam Latcham
Adam is Great Britain Age Group Triathlete who has the ultimate aim of racing at KONA. He also holds the World Record for the fastest Ginger Bread Man to run a Half Marathon!!
