Michael Butler
Rolling into their 2nd year of competitive riding, CES Sport will once again be sponsoring the GLP Race Team and their elite rider, Michael Butler.
Michael is somebody who enjoys pedaling his bike fast, both on and off road. ‘Specialising’ in cyclo-cross but he also has love some cross country MTB and road events.
Michael has previously been Cross Country and CycloCross National Champion in both Juvenile and Youth catergories, and he's now back with a bang after a few years out the game.
He is currently racing cyclocross for the GLP Race Team in the UK and across Europe at Elite level, which has resulted in top ten finishes at national level.
Last season, riding his CES Sport CX38 wheels, Michael found himself to be a regular fixture on the podium at regional cross country and road events, more often than not taking the win.
His plan is to improve on those results this 2019 CycloCross season and enjoy racing on and off road through the summer too!
